It is well known that a healthy diet reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, that diets are successful by sickness, food restrictions are necessary for allergies (immunological reactions) and temporary food adjustments are required in case of intolerances (non-immunological reactions), to limit further damage.
Nutrition gives us the nutrients with each one’s own contribution to vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Our enzymatic activities depend on this in order to ensure digestion and metabolic processes in good order,
after all; without enzymes, metabolic processes would not be possible, making life impossible!
The rate of an enzymatic reaction depends on the temperature, pH value, concentration of an enzyme, substrate and cofactors. Concentrations of any co-enzymes or foreign agonists and antagonists can affect the reaction rate. All body processes therefore depend on nutrition with their elements so that a constant blood pH value remains between 7.35 and 7.45. This pH regulation is kept at level by oxygen (breathing) and reabsorption of bicarbonate (especially the kidneys): the acid-base balance.

The intestinal nervous system is a completely independent network of neurons, neurotransmitters and special proteins responsible for communication between bowles and brain. After all, the esophagus, stomach, small and large intestine work from the same neurotransmitters, they control the gastrointestinal system.
The immune system is a collaborative whole of a large number of cells and molecules of the immune response in the Multi cellular organism. In addition to its protective function, the immune system also ensures that waste and diseased body cells such as cancer cells are cleaned up. Phagocytosis promotes the specific defenses:
cellular components, such as;
white blood cells with specific T-helper cells (CD4 positive) and cytotoxic T-cells (CD8 positive).
humorous components. such as;
enzymes and B cells, the immunoglobulins: IgA, IgD, IgE, IgG and IgM
NK cells are a separate type of immune cells that can activate the apoptosis.
Our first-line defense is the skin, intestinal mucous membranes, airways and genitals.
The immune system of the intestine is responsible for about 80% of this immune capacity ( the intestinal mucosa are in direct contact with the nasal mucous membranes and mucous membranes in the lungs, bladder, etc.).
Our second-line defense is the blood, lymph vessels and tissue fluid.
This defense consists of different types of white blood cells: neutrophils granulocytes, dendritic cells, monocytes, eosinophilic granulocyte, mast cells and basal granulocytes.
Vitamins and minerals are anti-inflammatory:
as tissue damage results from missing nutrients, we can assume this inevitably leads to inflammation.
